Serge Birecki, president of the group Les Spécialistes, answers our questions in the context of their participation in the Premium Sourcing trade fair on September 1 and 2 at the Carrousel du Louvre.
Can you introduce the Specialists in a few words?
Les Spécialistes is the leading French consortium bringing together 21 European manufacturers recognized for their expertise in the corporate gift industry. We are a local European group with strong regional roots.

What new products will you be presenting at Premium Sourcing?
Our manufacturers specialize in the main areas of activity of the business gift industry: writing instruments, textile accessories, golf accessories, calendars, diaries, textiles, POS displays, promotional items, electronics, leather goods, luggage, metalwork, watches, trophies, plants, sweets, office accessories, sports accessories.
In a logic of continuous progress, each of our members has strengthened its CSR strategy with eco-designed and locally manufactured products (POS displays, caps, keychains, watches, trophies, luggage, calendars, etc.).
Furthermore, the Specialists adhere to the UN Global Compact program, the largest international initiative for voluntary commitment to sustainable development.
What are your expectations for Premium Sourcing this year? / Why is it important for you to be present at the show?
Our presence at Premium Sourcing is crucial this fall, especially given the unique circumstances. We've invested heavily to welcome our clients to a dedicated "Specialists Village" at the heart of the show. Our booth has been designed to ensure they can be received in accordance with current regulations, while also enjoying a pleasant experience with us.
We are happy to see our customers again and we are especially looking forward to the opportunity to strengthen our ties with them because even though we have met them "virtually" in recent months, particularly thanks to CTCO Pulse, nothing replaces a face-to-face meeting.
This will obviously be an opportunity for us to present our new products in order to best prepare for the end of the year.
